7-1-22 – 7-5-22 CR: The group rests in the arms of the city, taking time to purchase and upgrade supplies and gear, plan its next moves, confer with contacts, brew potions, and practice with their newly acquired magic items and gear.

7-6-22 CR: The group’s audience with President Weylorn and Vice President Myra occurs in the midmorning hours.  The party informs Hathorae’s leaders of all the dire circumstances they have witnessed since undertaking the mission to Caladere.  They are given a stipend of 300 gp/month plus a diplomatic account for additional expenses as requested.  Weylorn and Myra are extremely concerned about the influx of aberrations such as Suulanesh, and they grant Nathaniel, Zara, Tel, Essdar and Londario authority on behalf of the government to continue their work to uncover the threat to Hathorae.  The party’s first assignment is to clear out the Tomb of Auernoth. 

7-7-22 CR – 7-8-22 CR: Led by Zara and Londario at the front, supported by Nathaniel and Essedar from the back rank, and with Tel running interference as an effective skirmisher in between, the party clears the Tomb of Auernoth out of its host of undead.  While sweeping the Tomb clear of treasure, they discover that the undead are faster and more dangerous than is typical for their type (zombies, ghouls and ghasts) – they are specially imbued with the infernal powers and rage of Ethoar.  The two assassins they detected at the Orc’s Head also make an appearance, attacking the party from behind as they are fighting the undead… but to no avail, as the villains are cut down by the combined might of Nathaniel’s magic and Zara’s fierce spear thrusts.  Piecing several clues together from the past weeks’ investigations, they determine that a cult of Ethoar must be active in the region, and begin concocting a plan to draw the cult into the open.

7-9-22 – 7-15-22 CR: During this week, the party focuses on tactical training and developing their combat skills as a unit in the Hall of Knowledge.  Protector Londario remains with them on assignment and integrates his skills into the team as a front-line fighter.  At the end of the week, everyone has gained a great deal of knowledge about their own and their teammates’ abilities and increased their skills considerably.  When they are not training, the party relaxes in Aerendale and enjoys good food and good company together.  The city remains in a state of relative peace.
