Salient Points

• Acacia gets approached by Vok the Concierge regarding arranging a meeting with a representative from the Nighteyes.
• Kaelin hears about Crowbeaks - A taxidermist & barkeep in the undercity.
• Rockbounder reads in the sports section of the local newspaper that Fishstringer's tribe defeated a mated pair of Boulette in a death match at the arena, and also notched up a number of victories against unnmed opponents in First Blood and wrestling matches.
• Preliminary rounds have begun in the annual Arena tournaments.
• The party visited the local shrine to Guaardo the Dissident. It was an open air structure consisting of a square railed deck, covered over with a roof, with an open to the sky garden in the center. Party met Jimbo Greenreed - a halfling brewer who tends the garden as part of his homage to Guardo. This shrine also contains many other smaller shrines to various other gods/goddesses, incluing Tritherion. Acacia paid her respects to Tritherion while there. Kaelin makes an appointment to speak with Greenreed's family of brewers regarding the potentitial of supplying their brew to the Hexahedron. They started discussing the unrest in Moridar, and Royce Ralevar's part in it. Greenreed compares the recent goings on to when the Heirarch was mucking about in Gaian affairs.
• Most of the party went ot the Arena <Nick lore dumps about Arena's construction, history, and the Hall of Knowledge>
• Acacia & Jack find out how to join Halls of Knowledge
• Rockbounder introduces Goatball to the Arena crowd in one of the practice yards. Discovers that there is a mixed opinon regarding the Halls of Knowledge. Some think its great, others have heard that there is a push to discover ancient artifacts, and a compulshion to hand them over once discovered. This seems to be a shadowy business.
• Jack meets Holgar Ebenstone, a Goldar dwarf, who is an independent agent in the Arena.
• Rockbounder does a great feat of log splitting, by jumping on a wedge, placed into the end of a caber, and splitting the entire caber lengthwise with the force of the impact of his jump.
• Jack & Acacia went to meet up with Holgar
  • Halls of Knowledge has become a profitable business for the adventurers of Gaia, but has also become a much more political entitiy.There are shadowy machinations afoot.
  • Holgar mentioned that Moridary isn't trading with Southern Talirae, but also doesn't seem to be lacking resources.
  • Jack signed up with Holgar. Acacia held out, not wanting to commit w/o further research.
  • Jack warned Holgar about the Exile
  • Holgar warned Jack about Adjatay, a Malo who is in league with the Exile.
• Meanwhile, after the Guardo Shrine, Ayo went alone to Temple of Bahamut. Spoke to midranking cleric there about spreading word of Kaukemar's death & sacrifice. He advised her to address a full assempbly of the Luminous Order of Bahamut, and agreed to summon the assembly for her. They agreed on a time for later that evening, and she left, leaving a moderate donation on the way out.
• Kelin & Jack started a massive rave in the arena district with an enthogen that Kaelin cooked up. They made a tidy amount of money, and spread peace, joy, sex, and mayhem throught that quarter of the city.
  • Throughout Valgate, the barony of Dunstan is now regarded as a district of rampant hedonism, because of Jack's stamp of approval on the enthogen.
• Acacia meets w/ Zaravack, a horribly afflicted elf who is a representative of the Nighteyes. She arranges an loose alliance of information exchange between them. <Nick Lore Dumps Here>
• After the meeting with Zaravack, and upon his reccomendation and testament to Holgar's trustworthiness, Acacia returns to Holgar, and joins Hall of Knowledge. Holgar remarks that he admires her suspicious nature.
• Over an early evening dinner, Ayo relates her errand to the others, and asks them to join her at the assembly.
• All decked out (Rockbounder even had his kilt cleaned!) the group heads to the Tempble of Bahamut, the Valgate home of the Luminous Order. There is over 200 knigts, paladins, clerics, and so on assembled there. Ayo and the party made their way to a raised dias, and Ayo stumbled, stuttered and shook her way through relating the story of the parties meeting and defeat of Kaukemar, and of his sacrifice for Gaia, with Jack's help, Kaelin's flute, and Acacia's accorbatic reenactment of the battle.  Ayo ends with exhorting the assembly to remember this sacrifice, and to carry Kaukemar's name to all the corners of Gaia as a way of spreading that message to all. Brother <Insert dude's name when Nick or I or someone remember it> suggested that we all remember Kaukemar by saying his name together. The assembly rings out with the name of Kaukemar, and at that moment, the Glyph of Bahamut on the back wall of the temple smokes and roars with the voice of hundreds of dragons. Everyone is shaken, but Ayo especially so, and is steadid by a helpful knight.  Those of the party who bear the Mark of Bahamut, notice that the mark is burning. and Ayo feels that they have all somehow Plane Shifted. They look out of the temple on to a golden snowy landscape, There is no doubt that all have shifted to the Celestial Mountain of Bahamuts Hunting Grounds.
  • Besha & Thulkar are there, awakened 
  • <MASSIVE Nick Lore dump regarding Draconic prophecy, Thulkar, Ayo, Altear, Acacia, & Rockbounder>
  • Massive party/feast ensues, celebrating the awakening of the Thulkar, and the public-ish announcement that the fulfillment of one portion of the Draconic Prophecy -the birth of the race of Dragonborn, half-human, half-dragon people, coming to Gaia, through the unnion of Besha & Ayo.
  • Ayo meets Odole Adebayo, an ancestor spirit of hers from her Malo roots. He presents himself as a tall, broad, well built Malo man, with wings made of sticks, twigs, feathers & such suches. He is a stern, intense spirit, and Ayo is suitably and understandably respectful and awed by his demeanor. He announces that he was a Demon Wrecker, who failed in his mission, and was torn to shreds by the demons he was sent to wreck. He is going to train Ayo, so that she might avoid such a fate.  Ayo is stripped down, burdened with a heavy pack and is bid to run, with her spear, as Odole harries her with horrific stories of his own death at the hands of demons. Her trainig as a Demon Wrecker has begun. Rockbounder tags along, to help Oldole in his harrying of Ayo. Rockbounder also offers to assist in the physical training ofAyo going forward.
